ROUTE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Job description
Become a RSR (Route Service Rep) for Blue Ribbon Linen Supply. You will have an established delivery and service route with opportunity to grow. Customer service, sales and delivery experience preferred but not required.
The role of the Route Service Representative
- To grow new products and service within your established route and new businesses within your service area.
- Build solid, positive relationships with customers.
- Manage daily route independently to ensure accurate and timely delivery of commercial textile rental goods and services.
- Verify daily preventative maintenance of vehicle and main proper operator documentation.
- Safely drive and operate a company vehicle in a designated area to provide products and service to a variety of customers.
- Review invoices daily for complete and accurate information and make corrections as needed.
- Loads/unloads product per company policies, procedures and guidelines, assuring your safety at all times.
- Possess a strong understanding of services, policies and pricing methods and can clearly communicate these to customers.
- Monitor customer feedback and handle customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Strive to generate goodwill and loyalty for the organization while performing your work in a professional manner at all times.
- Take responsibility for your personal safety and watch out for the safety of others. Use safe precautions, proper tools, equipment and adhere to all safe work practices and policies.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and follow up skills.
- Ability to accurately complete daily paperwork and submit on time.
- Must possess a valid US driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Competitive and goal oriented.
- Can pass a DOT physical.
- Must be willing to submit to a drug test and background check.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to routinely lift and maneuver a minimum of 50 lbs and load/unload product from truck without assistance.
Must be able to occasionally lift and maneuver 75+ lbs.

Job Type: Full – time Monday – Friday
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year plus commissions
Customer Relations Supervisor
Blue Ribbon Linen Supply Inc. is a family-owned commercial linen company that supplies customers with uniforms, commercial textile rentals, dry cleaning services, janitorial supplies, since 1982. Blue Ribbon Linen is currently searching for a qualified candidate to fill the open position of Customer Relations Supervisor in their Lewiston, Idaho corporate.

Job Details:
- Maintaining an organized work environment in a busy office
- Handling route paperwork and money collections (deposits) for multiple locations and route representatives
- Manage multiple phone lines
- Provide administrative clerical support
- Invoice billing & Service order writing
- Audit paperwork/ accounts, service orders and billing from route personnel
- Accounts receivables research
- Daily account balancing
- Provide customers with accurate info regarding billing, charges, etc
- High in-bound call volume covering range of customer inquiries
Required Experience/Skills:
- Supervisor/ Management Experience (preferred)
- Customer Service & Phone Skills
- Ability to multitask with strong time management
- Detail oriented with attention to accuracy
- Ability to work longer evenings if necessary
Physical Demands:
Fast paced office environment that requires the ability to prioritize work as the situations demands. Communicating on the phone with internal and external customers daily. Some lifting, reaching, twisting, getting up and down from computer to use other equipment required. Ability to type, read small print, read computer screens, and climbing stairs on a daily basis.
CDL Class A Driver- Pickup and Delivery
Job description
Blue Ribbon Linen Supply Inc. is seeking to hire an energetic, outgoing Class B or Class A driver to join our team in the Lewiston/Clarkston Valley and surrounding areas. Blue Ribbon Linen Supply Inc. is a long-established family-owned commercial textile rental and janitorial supply company servicing a wide array of product to area businesses. Monday through Friday swing shift schedule with the potential for overtime. Physical requirements of the job include but are not limited to loading and unloading of the truck. Need to have basic written, math, listening, communication, and smart phone skills.
Requirements
- Motivated to excel in position. Delivery experience preferred but not required.

Dry Cleaner/Presser
SUMMARY
The Dry Cleaner/Presser will be responsible for dry cleaning customer clothing with care.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Using all laundry equipment and following appropriate safety standards.
- Handling requests for laundry and dry-cleaning services in a timely manner
- Pressing and folding laundry
- Working with high steam machines
- Using computer system to check in and describe laundry items
- Inspecting clothing for any damage and taking appropriate steps to note damage and inform guests prior to servicing.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be 18. Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length. Must have a keen eye for detail. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis. Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.
